Christian rides the rails

For Christian's birthday in August Mammy and Grandpa wanted to take him on his very first "real" train ride. Well that time came last weekend. Daddy and Christan got up super early and met Mammy and Grandpa for their adventure. They hopped aboard the metro link at the Rialto station and headed for Union Station in L.A.

They ate,shopped and saw the sites. Dustin said that Christian had a ton of fun and at times thought he was on a photo shoot. Looks like Olvera street had a ton of fun sites and I think I will have to talk Dustin into taking me next time!! :)

I think that Christian's first ride on the rails was a great one. He sure was one happy boy when he got home. Thanks to Mammy and Grandpa for the fun time and the chance for some fun bonding with my boys!! :)

Christian- No, I'm a super hero!!

So I was out scouting locations last week and drug the kids along. Didn't have much luck though as we don't get those awesome fall colors here like my family back East and bestie do (so jealous by the way).

So I decided to stop by "old faithful" and let the kids just play. To my surprise I got some great shots of them really just being their selves. And I was even asked a few times to take their picture, WOW!!!

Last night as we returned home from our church Halloween party this it what came out of Christian's mouth as we stepped out of the car...

"Kitty don't be scared, it's just me, Mr. Incredible!"

I think that Dustin and I had the best laugh that we've had in quite a while, thanks Christian and you certainly are Mr. Incredible!!!!

let's catch up

So once again I am playing catch up. I think I will do it with pictures this time since that's always funner anyways!!

We made a quick last minute day trip to Vegas to visit my best friend Jennifer and her hubby that were there to celebrate 10 yrs of wedded bliss.Oh how I miss this girl!!We took the kids to the Mirage to see the dolphin and tiger exhibit.Our niece Mia was baptized.Chloe raiding the fridge for mac and cheese, chicken and looks like even an egg!! :)Chloe's birthday present/Halloween costume from Auntie Michelle & Uncle Jim.The kids helped make their first pizza.We surprised the kids with a trip to the Redlands fire station for their open house. Christian was so excited, but once we got out of the car he played shy the entire time.

Look at my good looking family, especially the guy on the left!! :)This weekend one of the stray cats we feed decided to give us her latest litter of kittens, right on our door step.
