They make special screens (not tint) for your windows that block out heat. we had them on our house in phoenix. they worked really well. we have a couple windows here we are going to put them on. you just replace your other screens with them. i'm not sure where to get them though, so i'm actually being no help here.
also... your hair looks cute either way, so you could mix it up every now and then and look cute. why stay the same all the time right????
In the "greater Pheonix" area, it is very common for people to use aluminum foil on their windows to keep the heat out! Ghetto huh?...but hey...when it's over 100 degrees out and your cooling bill is almost as high as your mortgage, you'll try anything. (I never did though)....anyhow....
i am pretty sure you can buy window tint at home depot, the do it yourself kind. and because it is getting summery i personally am loving the light hair...both are cute, but summer makes me appreciate highlights :)

I don't tint my windows--I just don't wash them until the sun can't get through.

There are a lot of fun places to camp on the beach by Santa Barbara. Or up here, but the water is too cold to get in up here!

I like the highlights...they are very summery!
You have such great hair. I am always jealous of your braveness to change it so often. You could go both. A light brown with chunky blond highlights.
